Job summary

Littelfuse in Lipa, Philippines is seeking a Facilities Engineer to create and execute the Facilities Maintenance Program, ensure safety practices, and maintain equipment reliability. The role requires a licensed engineering degree with 5+ years in manufacturing facility maintenance, ISO knowledge, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed engineer with an engineering degree.
• 5+ years of facility maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Shift-work readiness and good health for rotating schedules.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14000 standards and related systems.
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills; good English.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop and implement the Facilities Maintenance Program.
• Implement safety practices to reduce incidents.
• Ensure compliance with PEZA permits and regulations.
• Maintain facility equipment efficiency and monitor capacity (N+1 and spares).
• Keep plant clean and safe; ensure firefighting equipment is inspected.
• Generate and maintain documents, work instructions and checklists.
