Job Summary

Provides statistical analysis and inventory reporting for coils and panels to support strategic management decisions. Responsible for generating, optimizing, and maintaining the Slitting Line production schedule.

Major Responsibilities

• Inventory Management & Reporting: Prepares comprehensive inventory reports for raw coils and panels. Reconciles receipts across MPIC, CCL, and external suppliers, ensuring all received materials are fully documented with printed Material Receiving Reports (MRRs).

• System Accuracy & Audit: Conducts monthly reconciliations between Oracle ERP generated inventory data and physical inventory counts to maintain strict data accuracy.

• Production Planning: Formulates and manages the Slitting Line production schedule in close collaboration with the Request For Delivery (RFD) Planner.

• Cross-Departmental Coordination: Facilitates cross-functional alignment with MPIC, CCL, and operational units regarding all coil supply requirements.

• Material Reclassification: Prepares monthly and ad-hoc reclassification reports for finished goods and coils.

Minor Responsibilities

Prepares recurring inventory tracking documents, including:

• Daily GI and PPGI Inventory Checklists

• Daily GI and PPGI Net Pending Reports

• Monthly Inventory Ageing Reports

Problem Solving & Decision Making

• Analyzes raw material supply and finished goods demand data to drive operational decision-making.

• Investigates root causes for unmet production schedules and implements corrective actions.

• Dynamically adjusts inventory and scheduling strategies to accommodate unplanned orders and supply surges.

Supervision & Control

Monitors operational performance by auditing generated system reports against physical inventory and actual production outputs.
