Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Help wash, peel, chop, and slice vegetables, fruits, and meat ingredients for mass food production.
• Kitchen Sanitation: Clean and sanitize work areas, cooking surfaces, and equipment before, during, and after shifts.
• Dishwashing & Maintenance: Wash pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen ware, returning them to their proper storage areas.
• Inventory Support: Help receive, unpack, and stock food deliveries and supplies into refrigerators, freezers, and storerooms.
• Safety Compliance: Follow strict food safety guidelines, standard hygiene policies (GMP/HACCP principles), and proper waste disposal methods.

Basic Qualifications
