Job summary

iOPEX Technologies in the Philippines seeks a Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations and PPC, ensuring efficient production, optimal resource allocation, and timely delivery of goods while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

You will supervise and train production and PPC teams, identify process improvements, manage inventory and workflow, analyze KPIs, and lead cross-functional coordination with supply chain, quality, and maintenance to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Proven 3 to 5 years experience in production management and PPC, preferably in garment manufacturing.
• Strong planning, process optimization, and workforce management skills.
