Job summary

Pht Works Corporation is seeking a Production Planning and Control Staff to plan, schedule, and monitor production activities, ensuring on-time manufacture and delivery of products.

The role collaborates with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales, and Quality Assurance to optimize efficiency, material availability, and inventory levels, leveraging ERP/MRP software when available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in production planning, scheduling, manufacturing, or inventory control is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with ERP/MRP software is a plus.

The Production Planning and Control (PPC) Staff is responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring production activities to ensure the timely manufacture and delivery of products. The position coordinates with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales, and Quality Assurance to optimize production efficiency, material availability, and inventory levels.

Job Qualifications

• PRODUCTION PLANNING AND CONTROL STAFF
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, manufacturing, or inventory control is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience using ERP, MRP, or production planning software is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
