Job summary

Greenstone Pharmaceutical H.K., Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment in strict accordance with SOPs and work instructions.

You will inspect machinery, identify faults, and carry out repairs to minimize downtime while supporting GMP practices. You will implement preventive maintenance, stay updated on efficient methods, assist with machine setup and cleaning, observe safety guidelines, and perform TPM/GMP/HACCP duties to keep work

Responsibilities

• Operates, maintains, and troubleshoots machine and/or equipment in production area based on approved SOPs and WI's;
• Regular inspection of machineries and reporting any faults to management and workers;
• Identifying faults, troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment and machine wherever possible;
• Implementing preventative maintenance methods;
• Staying up-to-date with efficient methods of productions and equipment maintenance procedures;
• Assists in setting and cleaning of machines;
• Staying up-to-date with efficient methods of productions and equipment maintenance;
• Provide improvements on the area and minimize machine downtime;
• Adheres to all safety guidelines and GMP in the work Area;
• Effectively performs TPM, GMP, HACCP and good housekeeping by observing GMP rules and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in work areas at all times;
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Superior.
