Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced maintenance engineer to lead a team responsible for the upkeep of facilities and packaging equipment in a manufacturing environment. The role requires hands-on expertise with automated equipment and GMP-compliant practices.

The successful candidate will implement maintenance policies, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth operations across the plant in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from a recognised university
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in the same field
• Experience with automated equipment and instrumentation
• Extensive knowledge of packaging equipment and control systems
• Solid understanding of GMP

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure optimal functionality of all facilities.
• Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment and facilities.
• Oversee budgeting for maintenance operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance tasks.
