Job summary

TENT KING CORPORATION is seeking a highly experienced engineer to lead production operations and engineering activities. The role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to manage cross‑functional teams to meet targets and improve operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will hold a PE license, have 5+ years in engineering and production with supervisory responsibilities, and demonstrate excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Must be a Licensed Professional Engineer with a valid PRC license.
• At least five (5) years of relevant professional experience in engineering and production operations, including experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams, oversee cross-functional operations, and make sound managerial decisions.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Microsoft Office applications and other relevant management, planning, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of operations, production, logistics, inventory management, project management, and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and effectively lead cross‑functional teams.
• Highly organized, proactive, results‑oriented, and committed to continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and process optimisation.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement policies, procedures, systems, and strategies aligned with organisational goals.
