Job summary

Dash Cargo Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor – Construction to oversee daily site activities and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers. The role requires reading construction plans, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety standards, and company policies, and leading site personnel to productive outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a related Bachelor's degree, are willing to travel to Carmona, Cavite, and speak Mandarin or Fookien.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Able to speak Mandarin or Fookien.
• Preferably a Licensed Engineer (PRC).
• With 3–5 years of experience in construction operations, site supervision, or project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site operations, safety, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and technical documents.
• Strong leadership, coordination, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or construction/project management software is an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations, particularly in Carmona, Cavite, when required.
