Job summary

Mix Plant, Inc. in Calamba City, Laguna, is seeking a Production Manager in Engineering to lead production activities ensuring safe, high-quality output. The role focuses on strategic direction, warehouse forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration in a food-manufacturing setting.

The candidate will drive mechanization/automation initiatives, enforce QMS/GMP/HALAL compliance, and ensure regulatory adherence, aiming for cost-effective production and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
• At least five (5) years of experience in production management, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Proven leadership and analytical skills.
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develops overall strategies, objectives, and directions for the section.
• Oversees & manages overall production of all Warehouse requirements/orders/forecasts.
• Ensures and maintains production of safe and quality products to meet customer requirements and standard.
• Ensures manufacture of products in a cost-effective manner (no rework, return, and rejection).
• Recommends and ensures the implementation of special projects (mechanization and/or automation) for the improvement of Production capacity, capability, and efficiency.
• Ensures compliance of Production with the standards of Quality and Food Safety Management System (QMS, FSSC, GMP and HALAL).
• Ensures compliance of Production to all regulatory and statutory requirements.
