Job summary

COLUMBIA INT’L FOOD PRODUCTS, INC. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer in Navotas, Philippines to manage building facilities and production machinery.

The role covers planning preventive maintenance, conducting regular checks, calibrating equipment, troubleshooting, and optimizing power usage. Candidates should have a college degree with licensed engineering credentials and at least 3 years in manufacturing maintenance, plus willingness to work shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with professional license preferred.
• Experience with PLC, machine maintenance, and industrial systems.
• Familiarity with GMP, 5S and HACCP is a plus.
• At least 3 years in a manufacturing/ production maintenance role.

Responsibilities

• Manage building facilities and production machinery.
• Prepare and follow regular maintenance schedules.
• Perform routine check-ups and calibrations.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize equipment.
• Ensure proper installation/de-installation processes.
• Monitor power consumption and efficiency of equipment.
• Secure permits and prepare necessary documents.
• Support continuous improvement and safety practices.

Qualifications:

• At least College Degree, Professional License in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Wielding, ECE, Others) / Instrumentation Engineering/ Electrical or Mechanical Technology or equivalent
• Required Skill (s): Machine-Preventive maintenance, PLC, Pneumatics, AutoCAD
• Knowledgeability in: GMP, 5S & HACCP
• At least 3 years working experience in the related field, preferably as cadet engineer/maintenance in Manufacturing/ Production Industry
• Willing to work on shift duty (day shift/night shift)
• Willing to work or relocate in Navotas, CAMANAVA area.
• 15 Full-Time position(s) available.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Will handle building facilities and production machinery
• Prepares regular maintenance schedule
• Performs regular check-up
• Adjust, calibrates equipment to required specifications
• Troubleshoots and repairs when needed
• Knowledgeable with installation and de-installation process
• Monitors power consumption and efficiency of equipment
• Secures any permits and preparation of necessary documents
• Optionally suggests and improves machinery or equipment
• Knowledge and experience in any of the following is an advantage: electrical & wiring, plumbing and piping, lights and telecom, ventilation & air-conditioning, elevator, general and safety environment, fire & flood control.
