Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a supervise electrical production role in Metro Manila. The candidate will interpret shop drawings and single-line diagrams, verify installations of breakers, busbars, CTs and metering accessories, and coordinate drawing discrepancies with Design Engineering.

The role requires strong AutoCAD skills, BOM interpretation, and the ability to resolve production risks while ensuring QA/QC standards are met on the production floor.

Qualifications

• BS Electrical Engineering degree required.
• Preferably registered Electrical Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technical electrical production.
• Interpret approved shop drawings and single-line diagrams.
• Verify breaker, busbar, CT, metering and component installation.
• Coordinate drawing discrepancies with Design Engineering.
• Prepare/verify production requirements before assembly begins.
• Check BOM against drawings and actual requirements.
• Assist Production Manager in identifying technical production risks.
• Ensure correct installation of electrical components.
• Monitor assembly workmanship.
• Coordinate with QA/QC regarding inspections and testing.
• Assist in troubleshooting failed tests.
• Verify torque requirements and electrical clearances.
• Check busbar arrangement and connections.
• Ensure revisions are properly implemented on the production floor.
• Prepare technical punch lists before QA/QC inspection.
• Report technical blockers immediately to the Production Manager.
