Job summary

MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Quezon City is seeking a Production Engineer to join our manufacturing engineering team on a hybrid, mid-shift basis. You will help translate customer requirements and engineering specs into executable product structures and routings within our IFS ERP system.

You will act as a bridge among Sales, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Operations, validating new product setups and managing revisions to existing products while focusing on data accuracy and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience creating and maintaining BOMs and manufacturing routings.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, customer specifications, and manufacturing requirements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of manufacturing product structures and routings within the IFS ERP system.
• Validate new product setups and implement new business awards.
• Manage revisions to existing products and liaise between Sales, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Operations.

Overview

Specialist to support the implementation and maintenance of manufacturing product structures and routings within our IFS ERP system. This position will play a critical role in ensuring customer requirements, engineering specifications, and manufacturing processes are accurately translated into executable manufacturing data.

The successful candidate will serve as a key link between Sales, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Operations by validating new product setups, implementing new business awards, and managing revisions to existing products. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a background in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience creating and maintaining bills of material (BOMs) and manufacturing routings.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, customer specifications, and manufacturing requirements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred

• Experience with IFS ERP.
• Experience in fabricated metals, heavy manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or engineered-to-order manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of engineering change management and configuration control processes.
• Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, or other quality management systems.
• Understanding of welding, machining, fabrication, assembly, and manufacturing process development.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, product configuration, BOM administration, or ERP systems.
