Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Product Structure & Configuration Specialist in Eastwood, Quezon City. Hybrid work with mid-shift hours supports manufacturing data translation within our ERP system. You will collaborate across Sales, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Operations to ensure accurate product data and configuration management.

The role emphasizes BOM creation, routings, and engineering change control in a manufacturing setting, requiring strong analytical and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
• Experience creating and maintaining bills of material (BOMs) and manufacturing routings.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, customer specifications, and manufacturing requirements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of manufacturing product structures and routings in the IFS ERP system.
• Translate customer requirements, engineering specifications, and manufacturing processes into executable data.
• Act as a link between Sales, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Operations for product setups and revisions.
• Validate new product setups, implement new business awards, and manage revisions to existing products.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Overview

Specialist to support the implementation and maintenance of manufacturing product structures and routings within our IFS ERP system. This position will play a critical role in ensuring customer requirements, engineering specifications, and manufacturing processes are accurately translated into executable manufacturing data. The successful candidate will serve as a key link between Sales, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Operations by validating new product setups, implementing new business awards, and managing revisions to existing products. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a background in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience creating and maintaining bills of material (BOMs) and manufacturing routings.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, customer specifications, and manufacturing requirements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred

• Experience with IFS ERP.
• Experience in fabricated metals, heavy manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or engineered‑to‑order manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of engineering change management and configuration control processes.
• Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, or other quality management systems.
• Understanding of welding, machining, fabrication, assembly, and manufacturing process development.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, product configuration, BOM administration, or ERP systems.
