Job summary

Telford Svc. Phils. Inc. in Cavite, General Trias, is looking for a production supervisor to monitor and upgrade operator performance to meet production goals while ensuring customer requirements are met through close quality assessment.

You will oversee overtime, capacity utilization, material requisition, machine checks, and timely actions on quality deviations, ensuring all lines run smoothly and resources are optimally used to satisfy production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and upgrade the performance of operators to achieve production goals.
• Ensure customer requirements are met by closely assessing production volume with proper quality control.
• Control and assigning of overtime, maximizing capacity utilization (cycle time improvement).
• Control the usage and requisition of production raw materials.
• Ensure operators are well utilized on machines operations and take staggered breaks for urgent lots.
• Take actions for Quality Deviation Notice.
• Ensure all machines/fixtures on the production line are in running condition by performing daily checks.
• Responsible for optimum utilization of resources (manpower, machine and materials) in meeting production schedules.
