Responsibilities

• Execute production plan by delegating tasks and accomplishing production targets.
• Check and follow up status and prioritize production-related issues.
• Ensure needed materials are maintained within control level usage.
• Check the condition of operating equipment based on customer requirements.
• Train operators in operations and corrective actions.
• Supervise activities with GLs for changes in procedures.
• Report quality problems and coordinate with engineers for corrective actions.
• Determine root causes of line defects through analysis and simulations.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and yield while providing feedback.
• Ensure discipline and cleanliness in the production line.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Execute production plan by delegating tasks to personnel, accomplishing production targets, revising schedules, and keeping track of processing flow in production.
• Check and follow up status and priorities; escalate any production-related issues concerning engineering, quality, and material supply.
• Check and follow up needed materials and ensure that these are maintained within control level usage at all times.
• Check overall condition of operating equipment versus setup plan based on customer requirements.
• Responsible for training operators in operations with updated corrective actions for issues encountered in the line.
• Supervise and coordinate activities with the GLs for any changes in line procedures.
• Report and coordinate quality problems with engineers regarding findings on product/process to provide corrective actions for encountered issues.
• Determine root causes of line defects or problems encountered by analyzing, conducting investigations, and performing simulations.
• Monitor DL productivity, quality, and yield while providing guidance and feedback regarding performance.
• Ensure that manufacturing staff observe rules and regulations and perform their duties according to their best knowledge and skills to fully meet company objectives.
• Maintain and control discipline, orderliness, and cleanliness in the production line.
