Job summary

Asaba Manufacturing Phils., Inc in Laguna, Calamba is seeking a Mechanical Engineering supervisor to oversee die casting production, ensuring procedures are followed and quality records are maintained. The role includes leading the production team, managing manpower, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will oversee quality control, address non-conformances, implement corrective actions, and train new operators and inspectors while ensuring adherence to schedules

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• With experience in die casting production.
• Proven experience in supervising production operations and managing manpower.
• Knowledge of quality control, non-conformance handling, and root cause analysis.
• Experience in implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Familiarity with production scheduling and manpower allocation.
• Knowledge of 5S and continuous improvement practices.
• Basic knowledge of minor machine troubleshooting and repair is an advantage.
• Experience in training and supervising production operators and inspectors.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in a manufacturing environment and render overtime when required.
