Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking Production Operators to learn and grow with the team in our metal die casting operations.

You will operate production machines, perform assembly, check for defects, and maintain a clean, safe work area while following instructions and schedules.

This role offers on-site work with opportunities to develop practical skills in a growing start-up manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of working experience as a Production Operator, preferably in metal die casting.
• Experience in operating production machines and performing assembly work is an advantage.
• Familiar with basic production processes, machine operation, and product handling.
• Physically fit to perform assigned production tasks.
• Able to follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production standards.

Responsabilités

• Operate production machines used in die casting and related manufacturing processes, as assigned and trained.
• Perform assembly and other production tasks according to work instructions.
• Check products for visible defects and report any issues to the immediate supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area.
• Follow production schedules, quality standards, and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist in meeting daily production targets.
