MicroSourcing is hiring an Assistant Project Manager for an onsite role in Eastwood, Quezon City. The role supports the Project Manager across planning, execution, and close-out of projects, coordinating inputs from multiple teams and maintaining action logs and documentation.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years in project coordination or PMO, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Copilot. Competitive rewards and career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years experience in Project Coordination/PMO/Assistant PM roles.
• Experience in infrastructure, property, or engineering project environments is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; customer-facing experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist Project Manager in coordinating planning, execution, and close-out phases.
• Maintain action logs, trackers, and project documentation.
• Coordinate inputs from Design, RF, Planning, QA, Finance, and other teams.
• Prepare communications for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Escalate risks, blockers, or overdue items to the Project Manager.
• Update dashboards and reporting packs; ensure data accuracy.
