The Production Coordinator will manage bookings, scheduling, documentation, and financial workflows to ensure smooth project execution from pre-production through completion. The role requires an eye for detail, strong English and Filipino communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including shoots which may occur on evenings or

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in production, coordination, or administrative support (media/video production preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• High-level proficiency in both written and spoken English and Filipino
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends/evenings for shoots.

Mansioni

• Coordinate production bookings, suppliers, schedules, and logistical requirements.
• Manage production documentation, including receipts, invoices, reimbursements, cash advances, and payment requests.
• Track expenses and ensure all supporting documents are complete and properly accounted for.
• Facilitate payments and reimbursements and ensure timely turnover of financial documents to the Finance Team.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support throughout the production process.
