The ideal candidate holds a BS in a related field and has at least five years of plant management experience in food manufacturing, with strong leadership, planning, and resource optimization skills.

Qualifications

Qualification:

• BS Food Technology/Chemistry/ Engineering/Business Management graduate




• At least five (5) years plant management preferably in Food Manufacturing




• Responsible for planning organizing, leading and controlling all activities related to the efficient production of condiments and sauces products with reference to the requirement of sales at the least cost while maintaining the optimum utilization of resources (manpower, materials, machineries, equipment and supplies).
