Job summary

Clark Outsourcing in Clark, Pampanga is seeking a Product Trainer to lead on-site training for new hires and staff. You will develop curricula, materials, and learning paths, coordinating with leadership to foster a robust learning culture.

The role requires at least 2 years in training/L&D, proficiency with ADDIE or similar frameworks, excellent communication, and comfort using e-learning tools and LMS platforms to deliver engaging sessions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in training or learning & development, preferably in outsourcing/BPO/professional services
• Familiarity with ADDIE or other learning frameworks
• Excellent communication skills for engaging learners across levels
• Adaptability and collaboration with different teams to tailor training
• Proficient in e-learning tools and virtual training software such as Zoom/Meet/LMS

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person training sessions for new hires and tenured employees
• Collaborate with leadership to develop training materials, curriculums, and learning paths
• Apply learning methodologies to improve training effectiveness
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and solutions
• Design interactive learning experiences for diverse learning styles
• Track and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance programs
