Responsibilities

• Product knowledge and operational technical training
• Learn and master the company's products and provide training for the company's products for Client.
• Assist in the preparation of training courses, product operation manuals, and implementation of training programs.
• Write a training summary report, feedback and evaluate the training effects.
• Training and industry information collection, expansion of training channels and training resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautics is required.
• Prior experience with training on technical products or software is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of drones or similar products. Ability to learn new products quickly and stay updated on product features and updates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, simple terms.
• Strong presentation skills, both in-person and virtually.
• Experience creating training materials (manuals, videos, etc.) and delivering them in an engaging way.
