Job summary

Techdynamics OPC is seeking a training specialist with a strong background in aeronautics and drones. The role involves learning and teaching the company’s products to clients, preparing training materials, and implementing training programs.

Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for both in-person and virtual sessions. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautics and have prior experience training on technical products or software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautics is required.
• Prior experience with training on technical products or software is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of drones or similar products; ability to learn new products quickly and stay updated.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Strong presentation skills, both in-person and virtually.
• Experience creating training materials (manuals, videos, etc.) and delivering them engagingly.
