Accountstaff (EA) seeks a pharmaceutical sales professional to drive launch uptake and execute sales strategies for diagnostic products. You will build trust with clinicians and hospital buyers, track opportunities from lead to purchase, and keep the commercial team informed of market intelligence.
The role requires a pharmacy-related degree and 2–3 years of medical/pharmaceutical sales experience, with preferred exposure to oncology and pathology customers.
Ensure successful launch and uptake of new products, supporting all pre-launch and post-launch activities.
Implement and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
Develop, maintain and strengthen customer relationships by building trust and credibility.
Implement and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales target.
Consistently track sales based on business opportunities, sales leads and quotations; follow through on the purchasing process from start to finish.
Regularly update commercial team with field intelligence and competitor activity.
Development of territorial action plan and execution of the plan.
Effectively communicate product information to build customers’ confidence and adoption.
Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
Job requirementsBachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, biomolecular or related field
2 to 3 years’ experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales, particularly in diagnostics.
Sales experience in diagnostic or pharmaceutical industry engaging oncologists and pathologists is a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with the medical diagnostic and therapeutic environment and its stakeholders.
Proven capabilities in selling techniques and able to demonstrate it during business / product promotion to purchasers and end users.
Experience in formulary listing, product training and marketing activities will be an advantage.
Good skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
