Job summary

Diagnostika Pilipinas, Inc. is seeking a Product Sales Executive to drive sales of diagnostic products in the DAVAO region. You will present demonstrations, promote new products, and build strong relationships with clients and prospects to meet targets.

Ideal candidates have a medical field background or related course, with or without experience, and are self-driven, adaptable, and capable of training. Fresh graduates are welcome, with willingness to travel to Northern or Southern Mindanao

• Submit field progress reports with action plans and alternatives.

Designation: Product Sales Executive

Area of Assignment: DAVAO Region

Main Responsibilities:

1. To sell, promote, market and to conduct diagnostic products demonstration/presentation to clients and prospects.
2. To maintain, assist, and improve customer business relationships.
3. To promote and demonstrate new products to existing and potential customers.
4. To seek and develop new market potential in the area of responsibility.
5. To assist clients with the product application, troubleshooting, and proper usage.
6. To continuously gather market information/data in preparation for the realistic assessment, and sales forecast in formulating an effective sales strategies and business plan.
7. Submit the required standard field progress reports with corresponding specific action plans/alternatives.
8. To achieve monthly sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Any medical field course can apply, however medical technology is an advantage.
• With or without any work experience.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome.

Attributes:

• Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
• Can work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Flexible and open to be assigned to different areas of Northern or Southern Part of Mindanao.
• Self-driven; willing to be trained. (up to 2 weeks - 1 month training)
• Has experience in diagnostic machines/equipment is an advantage.
