Job summary

• 8-10 years of experience in rewards, digital payments, or consumer banking.
• Extensive expertise in platform development and digital payment innovations, including tokenization, e-wallet integration, and end-to-end digital payment platforms.
• Proven track record designing, executing, and optimizing large-scale rewards programs that enhance customer experience and drive portfolio growth.
• Strong knowledge of the credit cards business and its operational ecosystem.
• Demonstrated ability in developing business proposals and strategic recommendations.
• Experience in marketing communications, including strategy creation and materials development.
• Ability to lead teams and influence key stakeholders in alignment with agreed strategies.

The Role

As a Rewards and Platforms Head, you will be responsible for leading the development, execution, and optimization of the credit card rewards programs and digital payment platforms. The role focuses on enhancing customer experience, maximizing rewards program value, and driving innovation in eCommerce solutions, including tokenization, e-wallet integration, and digital payment platforms.
