Job summary

Security Bank in the Philippines seeks a Rewards and Platforms Head to lead the design and execution of credit card rewards programs and digital payment platforms, driving customer experience and portfolio growth. Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in rewards, digital payments, or consumer banking.
• Extensive expertise in platform development and digital payment innovations, including tokenization, e-wallet integration, and end-to-end digital payment platforms.
• Proven track record designing, executing, and optimizing large-scale rewards programs that enhance customer experience and drive portfolio growth.
• Strong knowledge of the credit cards business and its operational ecosystem.
• Demonstrated ability in developing business proposals and strategic recommendations.
• Experience in marketing communications, including strategy creation and materials development.
• Ability to lead teams and influence key stakeholders in alignment with agreed strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, enhancement, and execution of competitive credit card rewards programs to drive engagement, loyalty, and portfolio growth.
• Monitor platform performance and drive improvements based on customer insights and business priorities.
• Lead the development and rollout of digital payment solutions.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior and platform performance.
• Oversee operational processes for rewards fulfillment, digital payments, and platform support.
• Identify risks in digital payments, rewards operations, and platform integrations, and implement effective mitigation measures.
• Develop long-term strategic road maps for rewards, digital payments, and customer engagement.
• Leverage BI tools to produce dashboards and insights for rewards performance, platform usage, and customer engagement.
