Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in rewards, digital payments, or consumer banking.
• Expertise in platform development and digital payment innovations (tokenization, e-wallet integration).
• Proven track record designing large-scale rewards programs that drive engagement and portfolio growth.
• Strong knowledge of the credit cards business and its operational ecosystem.
• Experience in marketing communications, strategy creation and materials development.
• Ability to lead teams and influence key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, enhancement, and execution of competitive credit card rewards programs.
• Monitor platform performance and drive improvements based on insights.
• Lead development and rollout of digital payment solutions.
• Analyze customer behavior and platform performance.
• Oversee rewards fulfillment, digital payments, and platform support.
• Identify risks in digital payments, rewards operations, and integrations and mitigate them.
• Develop long-term strategic road maps for rewards, digital payments, and customer engagement.
• Leverage BI tools to produce dashboards and insights on rewards performance and platform usage.
