Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Product Owner to lead our development efforts in a collaborative, cross-functional team in Metro Manila. You will gather requirements, write User Stories, and drive priorities with stakeholders to ensure delivery within scope.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Scrum Master, UI/UX teams, and knowledge base updates while guiding the product through the SDLC. A strong emphasis on communication, market insight, and data-driven decisions is essential.

Formación

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Product Owner or similar role.
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Experience in the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
• Experience with product management tools such as Jira and Trello.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Gathers client requirements for development/technical projects.
• Documents User Requirements as User Stories and defines Acceptance Criteria.
• Prioritizes tasks and tickets with key stakeholders.
• Guides cascade of requirements to internal teams for production.
• Spearheads project kickoff and resource assignment.
• Provides clear, regular updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinates with the Scrum Master to ensure timely delivery.
• Assists client with content/data collection for projects.
• Coordinates with UI/UX and updates Knowledge Base with project notes.
• Ensures acceptance tests and client sign-off are achieved.
