Job summary

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Product Owner to translate business needs into user stories and manage the product backlog across the lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Development, QA, UX/UI, Operations, and other teams, participate in Agile ceremonies, and ensure features meet acceptance criteria while driving performance improvements based on data and market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, Systems Analysis, or a related role.
• Experience managing product roadmaps, requirements, user stories, and product backlogs.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively with technical and business teams.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the product roadmap based on business and customer needs.
• Gather and translate business requirements into clear user stories and product requirements.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog to support timely product delivery.
• Work closely with Development, QA, UX/UI, Operations, and other teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and provide updates on product progress, priorities, risks, and changes.
• Participate in Agile activities such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Review delivered features to ensure they meet business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on feedback, data, and market trends.
