Asticom Technology Inc is seeking an experienced Product Owner in Metro Manila to lead product vision and manage backlogs across digital solutions. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams in a hybrid work setting to deliver end-to-end product experiences.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Product Owner/Business Analyst roles within IT/software delivery, strong Agile/Scrum skills, and proficiency with JIRA and Confluence. CSPO certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or related field.
• At least 3+ years as Product Owner/Business Analyst/PM in IT/software delivery.
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum, JIRA, Confluence, wireframing, and user story mapping.
• CSPO or Agile certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy aligned with business goals and market demands.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria.
• Create, refine, and prioritize the product backlog for engineering and software development teams.
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, and sprint reviews.
• Collaborate with software engineers, UI/UX designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Define product KPIs, track feature performance post-launch, and drive continuous improvements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy aligned with business goals and market demands

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria

• Create, refine, and prioritize the product backlog for engineering and software development teams

• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, and sprint reviews

• Collaborate closely with software engineers, UI/UX designers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery

• Define product KPIs, track feature performance post-launch, and execute continuous improvements based on user feedback

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields

• Experience: At least 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in IT/Software delivery

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Agile/Scrum frameworks, JIRA, Confluence, wireframing, and user story mapping

• Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills

• Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Agile certifications are a plus
