Job summary

Maxicare Healthcare Corporation in Makati is seeking a Product Manager to lead the definition and optimization of end-to-end product journeys for customer-facing and internal tools.

You will own the product roadmap, break down epics and stories, and collaborate with UI/UX, analytics, QA and engineering to deliver value. You will translate insights into actionable plans, monitor journey performance with metrics, and guide workshops to align teams with business goals and user needs.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excels at making informed decisions about which features to develop and prioritize.
• Defines and understands user personas to align features with their desired reactions and results.
• Aligns features with the desired reactions and outcomes of the target user personas within their epics and stories.
• Uses data and feedback to determine the most impactful features.
• Defines key customer and internal user journeys and breaks them into epics.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage product journeys for both customer-facing and internal tools.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer/user needs, focusing on journey optimization.
• Gather and prioritize requirements for each epic and story within a journey, using data analytics, customer feedback, and stakeholder input.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager, UI/UX Designer, Business Analyst, QA and development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
• Work with Service Designers, Researchers, Data Analysts, and other stakeholders to translate insights into actionable plans for improving journeys.
• Create user stories and lead the development of acceptance criteria and other requirements documentation.
• Monitor and track the performance of product journeys and epics, using metrics and analytics to identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate workshops and problem-solving sessions with development teams and stakeholders.
