Job summary

NCS Philippines is seeking a Product Manager to define the strategic product roadmap for the insurance domain, translating user needs into actionable stories and acceptance criteria. You will collaborate with stakeholders to align digital vision with team strategy and drive value with the Head of Product.

You will own backlog planning, guide end-to-end delivery from inception to production, and lead release planning with stakeholders while incorporating usability insights to improve client

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with experience designing insurance products and channels.
• Ability to translate user needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize and manage backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team.
• Set ambitious product vision and communicate it to stakeholders and the organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure digital vision and products align with team strategy and requirements.
• Work with Head of Product to establish product value and support messaging and client outreach as necessary.
• Prioritize and manage backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team.
• Translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for the team.
• Determine end-to-end team output strategy from inception to production.
• Facilitate release planning with stakeholders and weekly demos.
• Incorporate usability studies into product requirements to improve user satisfaction.
