NCS Philippines is seeking a Product Manager to own the product roadmap and strategic vision for the team. You will drive user-centered insurance product design and manage dependencies with multiple teams to achieve business OKRs.

You will translate user needs into actionable stories, lead release planning, and advocate for client-focused features based on market insights. This role requires 5+ years in the insurance space and strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in insurance product design and channels.
• Ability to translate user needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong collaboration across teams to deliver value and align with business OKRs.

Responsibilities

• Set ambitious product vision and communicate it to stakeholders and team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align digital vision with team strategy.
• Work with Head of Product to articulate business value and client messaging.
• Prioritize backlog 3–4 sprints ahead and maintain roadmap clarity.
• Translate market knowledge into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Define end-to-end product output strategy from inception to production.
• Lead release planning with stakeholders and conduct weekly demos.
• Incorporate usability studies to improve client-driven design and satisfaction.
• Track OKRs and report progress to stakeholders.
• Leverage deep insurance knowledge to design relevant products and channels.
