Job summary

ING, within its Payments & Settlement Services, seeks a Product Owner - Customer Journey Expert to lead delivery of payment products balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical execution. You will translate strategic objectives into valuable outcomes while ensuring reliable and compliant payment services.

You will work with Product Leads, engineers, and stakeholders across international teams, driving innovation and continuous improvement in customer journeys.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile product delivery.
• Experience translating customer and business needs into product requirements.
• Experience working with cross-functional and international teams in payments or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile squads in delivering high-quality payment solutions.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value.
• Translate business requirements into epics, features, and user stories.
• Drive delivery and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders; facilitate ceremonies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk requirements.
