Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in stakeholder-facing roles, with backlog management, timely delivery, project success, and stakeholder and end-user satisfaction.
• Experience in product discovery practices, including identifying product needs, collaborating with designers, supporting user testing, and refining products before development.
• Strong technical understanding of system integrations, APIs, and migrations, with the ability to collaborate effectively with DevOps teams.
• Experience in a product environment, with strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile practices.
• Experience with consumer-facing digital products.
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a servant leader, foster an Agile mindset, and promote cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Action-oriented team player with responsibility and ability to complete projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Strategic thinking to identify product innovation opportunities aligned with customer needs, market needs, and business priorities.
• Self-motivated approach to manage multiple project priorities and maintain quality execution in fast-paced environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile software development processes and principles, particularly in a Product Owner role.

Responsibilities
