Job summary

Chinabank PH is seeking an AI Product Owner to drive AI-powered product research and knowledge management. You will translate user needs into clear requirements, maintain research reports, and support across product teams during discovery through implementation.

Collaborating with product managers, data scientists, IT, and business stakeholders, you will organize insights, track adoption, and ensure documentation is up-to-date to enable informed decisions and faster AI delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in product research, business analysis, analytics, knowledge management, or similar roles.
• Experience supporting digital, data, analytics, or AI-related initiatives.
• Strong research and analytical skills with interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Experience preparing structured documentation such as requirements documents and reports.

We're looking for an AI Product Owner to support the development and continuous improvement of AI-powered products. In this role, you'll combine research, analytics, and knowledge management to help product teams understand user needs, evaluate opportunities, and maintain the information that keeps projects moving forward. You'll work closely with product managers, data scientists, IT teams, and business stakeholders to support AI initiatives from discovery through implementation and beyond.

What You Will Be Doing

• Conduct research to understand user needs, pain points, industry trends, and AI opportunities.
• Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from interviews, surveys, usability studies, and product usage metrics.
• Transform research findings into clear recommendations that support product strategy and decision-making.
• Support pilots, proof-of-concepts, and experimentation activities to validate AI product ideas.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, knowledge repositories, research reports, decision logs, and implementation records.
• Ensure information, insights, and lessons learned are organized, accessible, accurate, and up to date.
• Track product adoption, user feedback, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist product and delivery teams by ensuring requirements, research findings, and key documentation are readily available.
• Monitor emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry developments that may influence product direction.
• Collaborate with business, technology, data science, and vendor teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

Required

• Ability to transform complex information into clear, actionable insights.

Preferred

• Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and analytics concepts.

• Experience managing knowledge repositories, documentation standards, and governance processes.
• Familiarity with product development and implementation lifecycles.
