Nimbyx, a Philippine-based AI-driven venture capital firm with offices in Vancouver and Seoul, seeks a Product Owner/IT Business Analyst to drive backlog management, sprint planning, and customer-focused product development. The role collaborates with engineering, UX, and business teams to deliver innovative software with a user-centric approach.

The position is fully onsite at One World Place, BGC, Taguig, with standard 8am–5pm hours, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

3+ years as IT Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Project Manager.
Agile mindset and learning orientation.
Able to handle competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
Strong interpersonal, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills.
Self-starter who can work independently and solve problems creatively.

Responsibilities

Translate product vision and roadmaps into clearly defined user stories and tasks.
Define story details including acceptance criteria to guide agile delivery teams.
Lead backlog grooming, prioritization, and sprint planning for efficient execution.
Develop a deep understanding of customer problems and use cases.
Validate product builds through acceptance testing and gather feedback during demos.
Work closely with engineering, UX, business teams, and stakeholders; facilitate regular product demos and reviews.
