Job summary

KMC Solutions is seeking a Product Owner to own and prioritize the backlog for a dedicated software delivery team. You will translate high-level goals into actionable work, work closely with engineers and designers, and ensure increments deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities include backlog ownership, planning, acceptance criteria, and collaboration across product, design, and engineering. On-site at Clark, Pampanga, with initial on-site arrangement and later hybrid flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Owner, Agile Business Analyst, or similar delivery roles
• Proven backlog ownership and prioritization experience
• Strong skills in writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to decompose complex initiatives into deliverable increments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication
• Understanding of SDLC and engineering trade-offs
• Technical literacy to discuss system design
• Willingness to work onsite in Clark, Pampanga, or relocate

Responsibilities

• Own, prioritize, and maintain the team's product backlog
• Define business problems, outcomes, and success measures; build clear user stories and criteria
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, designers, and stakeholders across discovery to release
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and value-based sequencing
• Define acceptance criteria and validate deliverables against requirements
• Create structured requirements for human and AI-assisted development workflows
