Job summary

SM Retail, Inc. - Corporate is seeking a Product Operation Coordinator to manage redemption, inbound, and operational processes within the SM GiftCard unit.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners, process accreditations, and support system enhancements while maintaining accurate records and compliance. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations or business support, with strong Excel proficiency and customer-focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, marketing, operations, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, business support, customer service, product operations, merchant/vendor management, or related.
• Experience in retail, digital, gift cards, vouchers, payment solutions, or digital products is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain redemption, inbound, and operational reports.
• Monitor invalid codes and redemption concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
• Process new and renewal merchant/store and vendor accreditations.
• Validate requirements, ensure compliance, and coordinate accreditation status.
• Support eGC initiatives, product improvements, system enhancements, and operational projects.
• Coordinate issue resolution with internal teams and external partners.
• Handle customer, partner, and business unit inquiries and escalations.
• Coordinate with SM Group units, aggregators, and external partners on operational concerns.
• Process operational documents, requisitions, SAP/ePAF, ETELCO, and RITAF requests.
• Support onboarding and ensure proper documentation and timely completion of requests.
