Job summary

Angkas is seeking a Product Operations Intern to help product teams operate more effectively by building metrics, processes, and reporting. You will focus on streamlining workflows, tooling, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

This internship offers hands-on exposure in a hyper-growth startup, requiring ownership, strong communication, and the ability to ride motorcycle taxis if needed. Program duration is 4–5 months with onsite presence 3–5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional role to streamline product processes, workflows, and collaboration.
• Collect, organize, and analyze product usage data to support informed decisions.
• Focus on tooling, tech stack management, product enablement, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve feedback loops for the product team.
• Implement admin, HR, and operational processes within the product group.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies and product playbooks.
• Conduct field testing or competitor analysis as needed.
• Must be able to ride motorcycle taxis.
• Lead special projects in Product Operations and build scalable processes.

Job description

As Angkas’Product Operations Intern you will be included todesign to help product teams operate as effectively as possible. The role builds a foundation of excellence through metrics, infrastructure, business processes, best practices, budgeting, and reporting.

What you will do:

• A cross-functional role focused on Streamlining product processes, workflows, and collaboration across the entire organization.
• Increase the efficiency of the product team by collecting, organizing, and analyzing product usage data to help product management make informed decisions.
• Focus on tooling and tech stack management, product enablement, customer feedback comprehension, product experimentation, continuous team training, and other areas.
• Work with other teams in the company to facilitate customer feedback loops for the product team
• Implement other administrative, human resource, and operational processes within the product team
• Come up, and implement go-to-market strategies and a playbook for our existing products
• Conduct field testing or competitor analysis when needed
• Must be able to ride motorcycle taxis
• Should have a “go-to” attitude and handle Product Operations Special Projects
