Job summary

Angkas is looking for a Partner Onboarding & Activation specialist to oversee the onboarding processes for rider and driver partners. This role involves leading a team, ensuring compliance, and enhancing partner experience for operations in Metro Manila.

You will track onboarding metrics, implement improvements, and work closely with different teams to support expansion. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in a dynamic operational environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, onboarding, or team management.
• Preferred background in logistics or fast-paced environments.
• Experience managing or leading teams.

Partner Onboarding & Activation

• Oversee end-to-end onboarding processes for rider-partners and driver-partners.
• Ensure timely verification of documents, background checks, and compliance requirements.
• Improve onboarding speed, activation rates, and partner experience.
• Coordinate onboarding schedules, orientations, and training sessions.

Team Management

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of onboarding associates.
• Set performance targets and monitor KPIs such as activation rate, turnaround time, and quality.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.

Process Improvement

• Identify bottlenecks in onboarding workflows and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Product, and Support teams to streamline processes.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and onboarding guidelines.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Work with regional and operations teams to support expansion and scaling initiatives.
• Handle onboarding-related escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Reporting & Analytics

• Track and report onboarding performance metrics and trends.
• Analyze funnel performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain dashboards for operational visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, HR, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, onboarding, customer experience, or team management.
• Preferred background in operations, marketplace platforms, logistics, startup operations, or other fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
• Experience managing or leading teams in an operational setting.
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, high‑volume environment.
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
