Indie Campers in the Philippines seeks an Operations Intern for the APAC Regional Team to support daily operational and procurement tasks, stock management, and supplier coordination across multiple countries. You will report to the APAC Regional Operations Lead, with a hybrid setup in Makati and a minimum 3-month duration.

As an Operations Intern in the APAC Regional Team, you will support the execution of day‑to‑day operational and procurement processes that keep our depots running smoothly.
You’ll gain hands‑on exposure to regional operations, supplier coordination, stock management, and real‑estate projects—learning how large‑scale mobility operations are executed across multiple countries.
Working closely with the APAC Operations Team, your work will directly support fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want practical experience in operations, logistics, and procurement within a fast‑growing international company.
You will report directly to the APAC Regional Operations Lead.
You’ll support the APAC Operations Team in keeping our depots running smoothly. This includes:
Assisting with daily operational tasks and coordination
Helping track inventory and stock levels
Supporting supplier coordination and documentation
Assisting in research for depot improvements and expansion projects
Preparing reports and updating trackers
Helping improve processes to make operations more efficient
You’ll work closely with experienced team members and gain hands‑on exposure to how regional operations are managed in a global company.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Analytical mindset and comfortable working with data
Detail‑oriented and process‑driven
Clear and professional communication skills
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and documentation
Fluent in English
Exposure to logistics, procurement, or operations work
Experience in student org operations or project coordination
Interest in mobility, travel, or tech‑enabled businesses
Proactive and eager to learn

Type: Internship — Full‑time (40 hours a week) or Part‑time (at least 30 hours a week)
