Job summary

Angkas is seeking a Product Manager to own trust and platform initiatives in the Philippines. You’ll define verification at signup, build fraud controls, and create back-office tools for frontline teams. You’ll partner with CS, Compliance, and Ops to ship features that improve activation, safety, and experience for drivers and riders.

You’ll work from our Manila hub with flexible onsite/remote options, leveraging data to drive decisions and measure impact while maintaining privacy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IS/Business or related field.
• 3–5 years in Product Management or Technical PM.
• Experience owning technical/platform products, not just customer features.
• Strong SQL skills to query a data warehouse and validate funnels.
• Experience with APIs, authentication flows, and cross-system state propagation.
• Analytics tooling: Amplitude, Looker, Tableau, Data Studio, plus experimentation.
• Familiarity with fraud detection concepts and KYC identity verification.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles.

Responsibilities

• Own the User Trust and Platform roadmap end-to-end across identity, fraud, onboarding and activation.
• Define how users are verified at signup and how verification persists across apps.
• Develop fraud detection signals and back-office surfaces with audit trails.
• Instrument onboarding and activation funnels to reduce drop-off and improve time-to-first-trip.
• Ensure platform compliance and data privacy obligations with Legal and DPO.
• Plan phased rollouts with clear success criteria and rollback triggers.
