Union Bank of the Philippines is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Transaction Banking to lead the Cash Management product team, drive profitability, and oversee development and commercialization of cash management solutions at our Taguig office.

This probationary role requires strong leadership in transaction banking, pricing, and client relationship management, with collaboration across Sales, Operations, IT, and Relationship Managers to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Transaction Banking, Cash Management, Corporate Banking, or Product Management within the financial services industry.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing product teams.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, pricing strategies, profitability analysis, and client relationship management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across Sales, Operations, Technology, and other business units.
• Analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, drive innovations, and improve product performance and customer experience.

• Lead, mentor, and manage Product Managers, Associate Product Managers, and Product Assistants to achieve team and business goals.
• Drive the growth, profitability, and performance of Cash Management products through client engagement, pricing strategies, and product enhancements.
• Partner with Sales Teams and Relationship Managers to identify client needs, develop customized solutions, and support product implementation and expansion opportunities.
• Monitor product, client, and financial performance, providing regular business reviews, reports, and recommendations to improve results.
• Champion operational improvements and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery, meet SLAs, and improve efficiency.

About The Role

The Senior Product Manager - Transaction Banking is responsible for leading the Cash Management product team, driving product performance, profitability, and client satisfaction.
