About the Role

The Senior Product Manager - Transaction Banking is responsible for leading the Cash Management product team, driving product performance, profitability, and client satisfaction. The role oversees the development, enhancement, implementation, and commercialization of cash management solutions while collaborating with Sales, Relationship Managers, Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to meet business objectives and market demands.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and manage Product Managers, Associate Product Managers, and Product Assistants to achieve team and business goals.
• Drive the growth, profitability, and performance of Cash Management products through client engagement, pricing strategies, and product enhancements.
• Partner with Sales Teams and Relationship Managers to identify client needs, develop customized solutions, and support product implementation and expansion opportunities.
• Monitor product, client, and financial performance, providing regular business reviews, reports, and recommendations to improve results.
