Job summary

BukuWarung is hiring a Product Manager for BukuPay in the Philippines. You will define and execute the product roadmap for QRIS and retail payment acceptance, while localizing offerings for the PH market and ensuring regulatory alignment.

You will lead merchant onboarding, activation, and collaboration with payment partners, analytics, and cross-functional teams. You will translate merchant needs into product features and ship integrations with external partners, all within an Agile framework.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive product strategy and roadmaps in fintech/payments.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience working with merchants to grow adoption and usage.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for QRIS and retail payment acceptance.
• Local market localization and regulatory compliance for the PH market.
• Drive merchant onboarding and activation.
• Collaborate with payment partners and acquirers to enable seamless acceptance.
• Define and track KPIs including merchant activity and transactions.
• Work with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Business teams to deliver on the roadmap.
• Conduct user research to understand merchant needs and pain points.
