BukuPay, the payments arm of BukuWarung, is seeking a commercially sharp Business Development Executive to own mid-market acquisition in the Philippines. You will target local chains in F&B, retail, and services with multiple outlets and lead the full sales cycle in the field.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years in B2B sales, business development, or account management — fintech, payments, SaaS, or F&B/retail tech are ideal.
• Proven track record closing and activating multi-outlet or chain clients.
• Understanding of sales economics — MDR, interchange, pricing structures, margin conversations.
• Hunter mentality with a cold pipeline and ability to build one quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own a pipeline of mid-market prospects across F&B, retail, and service chains (typically 3–30 outlets).
• Run the full sales cycle — outbound prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and close.
• Build relationships at owner, GM, and ops level — not just procurement.
• Structure deals that are commercially sound with MDR, pricing tiers, and margin impact.
• Drive outlet activation post-close, coordinating with onboarding and ops teams to go live quickly.
• Provide real market intel to Product and Leadership on deal blockers and competitors.
• Represent BukuPay in the Philippines to refine a winning mid-market motion.
