Responsibilities

• Supporting Product Managers with day‑to‑day product operations and delivery activities
• Maintaining and organising product backlogs, including prioritisation support and sprint readiness
• Gathering and documenting business requirements, workflows, and feature requests
• Assisting with testing, validation, and quality assurance of new features and updates
• Coordinating agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives
• Tracking delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and actions across teams
• Creating and maintaining product documentation, including user stories, process flows, and release notes
• Supporting internal rollout activities, including communication, training, and adoption of new features
• Acting as a coordination point between Product, Engineering, Operations, and other stakeholders
• Supporting continuous improvement of product processes and workflows
• Using tools and technology (including AI where appropriate) to improve efficiency and reporting

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager (APM) to support the Product team in delivering high-quality products and ensuring smooth execution across the product development lifecycle.

This is an entry-level role designed for individuals who are keen to build a career in Product Management. The role is focused on product operations, delivery coordination, and supporting Product Managers with day-to‑day activities.

You will gain hands‑on experience working cross‑functionally while learning how successful product teams deliver value.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting Product Managers with day‑to‑day product operations and delivery activities

• Familiarity with business systems such as HRIS or CRM
• An interest in or experience with AI tools and technologies
